This is an inventory control software tool.

Calus is a software tool for inventory management. It is very simple to use and has an intuitive interface. It should not pose any problem to any user to learn the system. The interface is built using the very familiar ribbon style of Microsoft applications. The menu ribbon has function choices like the usual file controls, discounts & promotions, search product, find barcode, list of goods (with search and print) and historical products (search & print), etc. Managing product entry, withdrawing from stock, and all other functions required for inventory management are available. Printing of the value of warehouse is possible. The speed of processing has been enhanced in the current version. Products can be searched physically with the barcode reading function integrated. On selecting insert product function, the cursor on the display will automatically move to the product details entry row.

The program lets you print invoices as per the products sent out to a customer. Templates are available that could be utilized rather than creating a form for your particular business. The barcode reader supports many of the common fonts/standards in use to facilitate purchase of barcode readers. The trial version is limited in what details you can enter. You can only have a few products entered. Non-commercial users too must use the regular version but get the free license. Product returns can be taken care of easily. This tool is compatible with the Windows and would work with versions up to the 8.

The program allows you to manage materials in a warehouse with loads, unloads and return.
Once you have entered your inventory items, you can move them in entry (loads), output (unload) or return by the customer (return).
The window that allows the movement is very simple and allows you to search for articles to be handled with the internal code, the bar code (with a reader) or simply by choosing from a list.
There is also the order management and reorganization of materials.
The list of items is always visible and you can see above the stock and the reorder each item on the inventory. The graphical interface is present with the use of the ribbon of Office 2010.
The use of the program ranges from simple user who wants to manage your music collection to the manager who wants to see the availability of their goods.
